（中央社記者汪淑芬台北25日電）交通部公路總局今天公布23日、24日擴大稽查遊覽車執行情形，攔查989輛次，查獲違規47件。

上週發生陸客團遊覽車火燒車後，公路總局已將遊覽車稽查比例從40%提高至50%；其中，安全門能否徒手由車內、車外開啟列為查核重點項目之一。

執行攔查結果顯示，大部分遊覽車均符合規定，對於查獲違規事實者，遊覽車客運業者及駕駛人均依規定接受處罰並配合立即改善或依規定召回臨檢。

公路總局表示，23日、24日主要在各地風景區、聯絡道路及高速公路服務區，擴大執行遊覽車聯稽路檢，共攔查989輛次營業大客車。

公路總局統計，查獲違規共47件，其中開罰35件、勸導12件，開罰主要是車身未依規定標示、行車紀錄器無法正常紀錄、安全門無法正常開啟、行照逾期、未播放逃生安全影片、安全門加裝暗鎖。

公路總局說，違規開罰案都已依公路法第77條第1項規定，對業者舉發處罰新台幣9000元以上、9萬元以下罰鍰，業者及駕駛人均依規定接受處罰並配合立即改善或依規定召回臨檢。1050725
